Each nation governs its own territory independently, adhering to its own laws and government system. To represent their nations on the triumvirate, each nation elects a council representative for a five-year term, with a maximum term limit of ten years. Notably, the dwarven nation of Garten Forge, whose home was nearly obliterated by a devastating attack during the Great Discord, has chosen to remain outside the Triumvirate and operates under autonomous jurisdiction.
